Refund related issue in which i enrolled myself in coaching centre.

I enrolled myself in coaching centre for some course i paid 50 percnt amount after taking two classes i got to know lecture was not good as expected, so i want my money back but they are refusing even against of his refund policy.

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him/her a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he/she fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your money back along with compensations.

You have to file a case against them for recovery of money and the court will issue summon to them and accordingly they will appear and file their reply on the same petiton. If you need any help from me or any legal assistance regarding the same you can contact me

if there is a refund policy you can seek your money back as per the terms and conditions specified there in. start by sending a notice to the coaching centre for recovering the amount due. if the money is not return in the specified period you can file a civil suit for recovering the amount of fees. should you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

There is a Supreme Court ruling on this point and they must return your money back. If they refuse to do it, you shall write them a legal notice mentioning the judgement and explaining the law to the coaching center, as they are not aware of the same. Hopefully, they should return your money. If not then litigation will be the only way at your disposal.
