Refund Pending from 31/Oct/2022

I booked cab through Ola Cabs & Ola Cabs Driver drop in middle of ride when I complaint to Ola Customer care they told me they will refund I have email for the same But still not received my refund from 31/10/2022. Now no one response from Ola Cabs. I want to take leagal against Old Pls suggest how to take

sir, you may take the relief though serving of legal notice against the ola company and in addition you can knock consumer forum regarding the same. in my advice you may seek the legal remedy through the court
