Refund of fees from educational institution

I m doing CA currently and I had paid advance fees of 10000 for CA final and I had not rendered any service regarding to CA final level as well as I had not got some of the services currently in CA inter level also so I am demanding to classes to refund my fees which I paid in advance for CA final level for which no service has been rendered but the classes are stating that it is non refundable in any case so can I get refund if I file my complaint in consumer court ?

Yes, you can get a Refund with interest of the fees paid by you for your CA Course if proper services were not provided to you by the institution. You can lodge a Criminal Complaint as well on the ground of Cheating or Criminal Breach of Trust.
