Refund not received even after 5 months


22-May-2024 (In Recovery Law)
fern inn holidays company showed me their tour packages in mussoorie and took 80 thousand rupees from me. And said that after this you will not have to pay any money but after 2 days the customer care said that you have to pay Rs 10 thousand extra every year. On which I asked to cancel the membership. After which the membership was canceled and it was said that refund would be given in 45 days. But 6 months have passed the refund has not been received yet.what should I do now.

Complain once again with the agency, and ask them to give in writing, either in mail or otherwise that they will refund the money within whatever number of days they claim to. Thereafter if they do not comply and do not refund your money, you can file a complaint with the district consumer forum of whichever state you belong to.
