Refund not issued even after multiple intimation.

On March 6th 2023, I placed an order for a 1-ton AC from https://www.greateasternretail.com/. However, I had to cancel the order on March 8th since it was not processed. Instead, I bought the AC from a local shop. I received an email and SMS confirming the cancellation of the order, and the website also shows that the order is canceled. However, I have not received any refund as of today. Please contact through email.

You need to address a legal notice to the online portal company for refund of the amount alongwith interest and if they fail to give refund within a specified period you need to file a case in consumer forum to get back your refund alongwith compensation and interest
