Refund issue those I paid and institution denied for return

My son Mohammad Zaid Khan took admission in IIT 2 years course in Unacademy Indore on 13 June 2025. A few days after that my son became a victim of anxiety and depression. I told this to the Unacademy centre that my son will not continue, he is mentally weak. Please refund our fee amount, but they said that the refund policy is only for 1 month. It will be almost 2 months for you. They also gave some email addresses saying that send mail here, they will help you. For the last 6 days I have been

give them a written application and notice for refund of fees and if they dont then file a case with consumer forum for deficiency in services and accordingly claim refund of the fees.. make sure you get a receiving of written application
