Refund issue related to Travel tour booking

I have booked a tour package with an advance of 35000 after three hours we wnHave decided to cancel the package because of itinerary issue can we get the refund amount legally

hi had you asked the travel operator to refund the amoumt and if they failed ti refund the amount you could send them a legal notice asking them to refund the amount and if they failed to refund you could file case against them in consumer forum seeking refund
