Refund Issue in Private Training institute

I have joined in online training institute for data science course on April 16 2023nCourse fee is 2lacs.Course fee amount is credited to institute directly from NBFC.Before joining the institute there are no positive/negative reviews found in internet.After making the payment next day when I search about institute got to know that they are doing fraud and scams by taking loan from students.With this I have asked the institute to cancel my application and refund the amount to nbfc party.Now there is no response from institute when I mail, when I cal no one lifting the call, executive phones getting switch off.As per their terms and conditions refund is not possible, however when I google it, money can be refunded within 3 days or 7 days if we raise request.My batch still not started and not attended any class.Can any one please help me what should I do to refund that loan amount. How should I proceed legally
