Refund issue from my gym trainer who lives in Nagpur India. I live in

I live in Uk.I payed money to a gym trainer from Instagram. He told he was from Nagpur.We were about to start the class but it never happened so I asked my money back.But he kept neglecting my messages.

Well, you can lodge a case of Sec 420 of the IPC, i.e, of Cheating against him to recover your precious money which he is not paying you despite several requests which you have made to him and gentle reminders which you have made to pay your money back.
