Refund from IELTS institute of patiala

I Inderpreet Kaur deposited 10k for 8 weeks of class of IELTS at ELI institute Patiala. After 2 days of class, I was not interested in further continuing my class due to clash in timing (4:00-6:30 pm) and they were sending me in running class but they were supposed to provide me, individual class. Due to which I decided to drop the course and appeal for a refund. Institute denied the refund as they do not have any policy of refund. On the contrary, they were not showing us the policy and further denied to write on the paper or email that they won't provide a refund. It has been more than a week since the institute hasn't approached me with a reason for not providing a refund and they are further not handling my query.
