06-May-2024 (In Recovery Law)
I took admission in a jee coaching institute on 31 March 2024, and it was promised that the classes will start from 4h April but classes till 5 May is not started yet and centre head of the coaching is saying that we start class soon and post it the next day every time. They are also saying they will not give refund as it is registration fees. I have given them a letter to cancel my admission and give refund few days ago but no response, bill what should I do to get my money back?

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him/her a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he/she fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your money back along with compensations.

Sir, firstly you can proceed with sending the legal notice which will be a cheaper option if the coaching centre refunds your amount. In case the coaching centre fails to comply with the legal notice then you can approach the court for recovery and damages.
