Refund from a coahing institute

Hi Sir/Mam,nI got an admission in coaching institute but when the consultant of that institute talked to me, he tells your money will be refunded if you qualified for the jee advance exam but now they refuse, to gave refund . I also has call recordings of that . nnso, what i can do in this situation.

Greetings for the day, In this situation wherein you have been denied of refund amount as promised to you by the coaching institute, you must approach the court to get your refund amount, for which you firstly have to serve the institute with a legal notice.
