Refund for Double Payment not given from Airline

I did a double payment while booking a flight on Spicejet on February 2022. I was assured by the company that I would get the refund, but despite multiple requests and replies from the company, I have still not recieved my refund.

Well, if you have got the promise in written, that, the Spice Jet Airline will refund you, then, your case is very strong and as such, on filing a Consumer Case against them before the Consumer Forum, you will get not only the refund but interest on refund as well as the litigation cost.
