Refund for Cancellation of a hotel booking.

We booked a hotel for 3 nights. However bevause of a last minute emergency we could not check in. The hotel says NO refund will be given as it was a last minute cancellation. Is there any way we can get any refund by paying whatever cancellation charges that apply and not lose all our money
Well, in order to assist you to claim your refund back for the Hotel booked by you after deducting cancellation charges which you wà nt, i need to study the Contract executed by you with the Hotelier while booking the Hotel, after reading which, I can conclusively say, that, whether you will get the refund or not of the amount so paid to book Hotel after deducting the cancellation charges or you have to lose your whole investment made on booking the Hotel!
