Recovery on basis of plain paper agreement signed under pressure

sir, i have fin. dispute with my friend. he trf 5 lac in my bank ac in 2014 & i trf him 3 lac in his ac in 2017 & also some amount in cash without proper receipt. then we have dispute. then some of our common friend make agreement between us under pressure i signed on plain paper(not any astham or revenue stamp)written on one side that "me & he have dispute & i give him 25 lac.but on other side of paper where i signed "is just written i & he honer agreement & all the statement speak to all & sign it" under these line my sign.bcz that our middle man say u just sign under these line on other side of paper i will write.on trust on him i have signed.but now i know he wrote 25lac which i refussed to pay.he make secret mobile recording.he have no original agreement. i want to know will he claim huge amount on agreement & on mobile video recording?thanks

You can challange the validity of the agreement in court by saying that you were under duress. The document will become null and void. The video will only help your case in establishing that you were under pressure to sign the document.

As you have query that on a plane paper you have signed and your friend signed on a plane paper . On that paper your friend had written a agreement for loan of 25 lacs. No proof for cash transaction or bank transfer. Nothing to worry you can make a complaint before police in writing that forcefully my signature have been taken on a blank paper write name of both people's.
