A girl borrowed ₹10,000 from me online after meeting me, returned only ₹5,000, and has now blocked me on social media and whatsapp , refusing to repay the rest. I live in Bandra, Mumbai 400050. Which court should I approach to file a recovery case and what steps I should follow? Is it worth filing a case for 5k? will there be any repercussion for me as a male citizen?
