Recovery of security deposit amount of 33000

I am a college student and i was living in PG accommodation of Hive Hostels in Delhi, i have deposited 33 thousand of security which was my one month rent there and the agreement says that i have to stay there till 31 June 2024 otherwise i won't be getting my security back, so i followed this and i left the PG on 1 July 2024 and the manager said to me that you will receive your security in next 30 days but now neither the manager and nor the owner of the building is picking up my calls,pls help.

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him/her a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he/she fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your money back along with compensations.

well when you have left the premises were there any term ans condition that they told you that mu h amount deductions would be made from security or something like that. the security you paid what was the mode of that.

you need to send legal notice , after sending the legal notice they will return within 7 days of the receipt of the legal notice , they will pay as soon as they could, failure to pay within time ,cause court case
