First of all you need to send a legal notice to his address where his father is residing and demand the amount and current currently you have to file a complaint to police station dictating the whole incident and after that you have to file recovery suit against the person and if you won't appear in the court the court will pass a degree X party and you have to cause as to the amount which has been transferred online and can be recovered more prompt tree than those which are paid in cash as you have to prove the things beyond a reasonable doubt that the amount has been given by you unless until you have proper proof and evidences that you make payment to the person in cash proceed as per law and you can see the development later on once you file the case
