Q: Aadhaar Date of Birth Update via Bihar Govt. Delayed Birth Certificate

Respected Experts, I need to update/correct my mother's Date of Birth (DOB) in her Aadhaar card. Current DOB in Aadhaar: 01-01-1980 Correct DOB to be Updated: 27-02-1961 Document Available: Official Delayed Birth Certificate issued by the Bihar Government (digitally verified with QR code on the official portal). Questions Requested: Is a Bihar Government Delayed Birth Certificate accepted by UIDAI as a valid proof for Date of Birth update?

Delayed certificate S a value document for updation in Aadhaar Card but it must be issued by the computer authorities set as register of birth and death and competent authority like judicial majestic majestic first class of the birth has been registered after so many long years and this is a valid document but it can be changed in Aadhaar card only once in lifetime the second thing is that if Aadhaar card is not approved birth certificate or date of birth so it won't be changed from some old Aadhaar card where it has been mentioned it will be changed one life proper documents like 10 certificate delayed bus certificate are issued in the name of the person so it can be changed you may apply accordingly

Q: Wife doesn't want to do physical relation

If I try to make physical relation she got angry and try to hit me When she was gone her mother house she write (i want to end this marriage) in hindi now what can I do to take divorce marriage date 23 November 2025 She gone on 20 February 2026

You can take divorce on this ground only that your wife is not interested in sex as conjugal rights and mutual co habitation is the basis of matrimonial life . But in your case since the marriage was in November 2025 and seperation is in february 2026 you won’t be able to file divorce as atleast 1 year must be passed before filing of divorce petition

Q: Mother left her kids saying she is going to die

A woman left her home leaving her husband and one son and one daughter behind saying she is going to die as she is fed up with her life.After almost 20 yrs its been discovered that the woman is alive and living lavish life with another man under a different name . Her first husband is dead ,her kids are grown up but had a terrible childhood and had to face harsh difficulty in everything.Now its been almost 35 years .The person she is living with as spouse is her own nephew.

That as per Hindu Marriage Act a marriage between an aunt and her nephew is prohibited and void . What relief are you seeking against the lady as no right accrues against her as she has left everything behind

First of all to examine the nature of injury you must visit an hospital and get your MLC and this will serve as evidence while you are claiming that the detention and the torture that has been done by the police officials are illegal and not their official duty as I am not concerned with any illegal acts in which this act of police is required when were presented before Majestic which has to be before Majesty which has to be done within 24 hour of arresting you must state him clearly that what exactly has been done then the next step is you must file a written complain against the concerned police officials stating all the incident that has to plate place as under 197 do there is a protection but Supreme Court has clarify in recent judgement that if it is not an official duty the person is not discharging his official duty FIR can be done against the public servant at the instance of the complaint and it is the Majestic before taking the coffee has to reassure the compliance of section 197BNSS so first of all you have to make a complaint against him and it will be done accordingly

In this case you can file a written complaint against the concerned police officials and first of all if their torture and physically abused you then at present you must go to some medical hospital and do the MLC medical legal certificate may obtain from the concerned doctor as to what is the nature of injury and how it is crucial as it will certify that what are the natures of the injury and it will serve as an evidence against the concerned police officials when you are presented before the Maate you just make a statement clear statement that what exactly has been done and how the police officials have tortured and beaten the person and make a written complaint against them to the concerned department
