Recovery of money which is given on faith I waited for 3yrs.

Money given on faith . waited for 3 yrs . now ready to give money on monthly basis for next 3yrs which he is confirm only on mail no legal procedure . i do not have faith on him& not willing to wait for 3 yrs

you can go for settlement arrangement in writing. put d clause for default in any case... if he defaults in making payment den u can approach civil court for recovery of money. if there will be instalments then ask for post dated cheques. if cheque will be bounced, u will hv option to file criminal case against him.

Dear sir You can still initiate the case against defaulter for filling delay application due to covid ground your delay will condone for any further call me or whatsapp me on eight two nine one seven three zero seven six eight
