Recovery of loan given to relatives

My husband has given a loan of rs. 1,5,0000 to their relative (maternal uncle) in the month of April. The borrower said they will return within 1 month but didn't paid yet. He has transferred online through upi. What is the procedure for taking legal action on them. Will i recovery my money back.
hi first need to see whether any agreement or note was written between the parties and that you could send them a legal notice asking them to return the money and if he failed to return the amount then you could file civil suit for recovery of money
