Recovery of loan from wife,now she has filed a divorce case against m

1450000 given to my as koan on jan2020,where asked her to returns money she filed a divorce case against me on jan23

Well, if you have given your Wife a loan of Rs 14,50,000, then should repay you back, but, she may claim, that, while she was your wife, it was your duty to spend on her lavishly and as such, she spent that amount.
