Recovery of loan from default mortgagor (SIMPLE MORTGAGE DEED)

In Feb’2023, I lent a loan of 1 lakh to one Sayab through a SIMPLE MORTGAGE DEED (without possession) on a condition that it must be repaid within 1 year. As he failed to do so, I went to local PS in March 2024 where SI reprimanded him gently. But a week later, Mr. Sayab sent me a legal notice accusing me of threatening to vacate mortgaged plot with the help of police & he also warned me that he would file a case against me & the police. Plz advise me on how to recover money from the defaulter.

We will help you in recovering your amount by filling a petition in court and also we file a case in the police station that they cheated you and also there is breach of contract in your case , if any one threatens you , then we file a case in police station and you also send a counter legal notice to your saheb....approach us we will help you
