Recovery of dues from jetairways employees cooperative society

I work with jet Airways.. I have been investing in Jetairways coop society for the last 20 years on a monthly basis. Now on requesting closure, they say they do not have the money to pay me.. How do I go about getting my money back
Dear Querist
you can send them a legal notice through lawyer. Thereafter if the issue is not resolved, you can initiate civil/ criminal proceedings against them for recovery of your dues.
under civil proceedings you can file recovery suit and under criminal proceedings you can file complaint for cheating / criminal breach of trust.
