Hi, I speciallize in commercial and business disputes. Based on the nature of recoveries we can send your client a legal notice and consequently file a Summary Suit. It is a speedy process. We can speak more about the dispute on call.

Dear Sir, You are required to serve a legal Notice and then followed by a lawsuit for recovery. Your case is within limitation and will be instituted as per Law. You may also approach NCLT simultaneously or independently. If need our help to proceed with, then my office will take this responsibility to proceed with subject to payment of fees etc.

Hello, I have perused your query. In these circumstances you have an option to send a legal notice of recovery in which a stipulated period of time will be given to the other party to clear your dues with interest. Further in case of their failure to comply with your notice sent, you have an option to file for a recovery suit against them in a civil court of law. For any further information feel free to reach out to us.
