Recovery of credit bill money from farmers who refuse to pay the bills

I am owner of a fertilizer shop
Some farmers who taken fertilizer from me in credit but after 1 to 2 years they refuse to pay the bills
All the bills are in gst.
What should I can do to recover my money.
Well, you can file a Civil Suit in Court in order to recover the money from some of the farmers which owe you for the fertilizers which they received from you in credit. You can parallely lodge a Police Complaint against them and get it converted into FIR under the charge of Cheating and Criminal Breach of Trust.
