Recovery Of amount invested in a real estate company

I have invested a 10 Lakh rupee s in one of the real estate development Company...Company was paying monthly returns of 5.2% per month suddenly the profits stopped after waiting for 8 months they are not paying my principal amount back even after requested for Withdrawl ..I have invested my amount through neft and I have reference number too..Apart from that they have given me some agreement which is notary registered...How to recover my money please suggest...

Dear sir, you can file a suit for recover of your money before competent Civil court for recovery of your amount but for that you have to pay court as prescribed fee under karnataka Court fee and valuation act.
