Recovery for money more than my net worth.

In case that the recovery of money rising from a business dispute goes beyond my networth. Can the assets of my mother and wife be seized. Please note that I transfer all my money from my salary into my mother's name from the start and all the properties have been registered in their name too. This was done much before the case happened. So in case that recovery goes through can they seize the money from them as that is no longer my property
