recovery for balance amount amounting to two lacs

i have send the materials to my client in jan 2019.he has paid the amount in part but now somehow he is trying to just delay in making the payment where as he is paying regularly to other suppliers.what kind of legal action can be initiated in such cases . the balance amount is ard 200000/-.
sir / madam if there are invoices for the material supplied then you should issue a legal notice for payment of your dues..
it will include the payment on principal amount plus interest at the agreed contractual rate..if he does not respond to the legal notice you should file a civil suit for recovery of money thereby asking the court for necessary reliefs like attachment of the property of your client..
when there will be pressure from the court naturally no layman would want to get his property attached..
