Recovery case filed by friend in pressure of her family

Recovery case - My girlfriend financially helped me without letting her family know about all this. Now her family is forcing her to file a complaint against me for recovery. I got a notice from an advocate with subject Recovery and claiming me a cheater. We both are in a relationship and wanted to marry in future but her family is against her decision. What should I do now as I am feeling helpless because they have taken her phone and locked her in the house. I can't even contact her and discus
