Recovery Agents Rude Behaviour

I am facing salary issues from two months sir. I have 3 different loans in TVS credit. There is delay in payments. I have good payment record since 30months sir. But suddenly in the middle of the traffic loan recovery agents stopped me and taken my keys and back and gone away without any proper reason. There behaviour and personality is very rude. What action can I take on them ?

We can file a case in the Police station on your recovery agents and we can punish them and also we can file a petition in court and take a relief from payment for sometime and no bank officials and recovery agents will not harass you, approach us we will help you
