recovery agents harassments for loans and credit cards

I am dealing with issues related to credit card and personal loan debts. Despite having sent personal notices from the court to the banks, recovery agents still visit my home and call me, showing no regard for these notices. I would like to understand my rights in this situation and what further actions I can take to stop these third-party agencies from contacting me.
hi if the loan taken from the banks is public sector banks then you could approach court seeking reiief of direction to Reserve Bank of India to take action upon the recovery agents to not to harass you
