Recovery agents harassing me for not paying EMI of Personal loan

I have personal loan with some of the financial institutions. Currently because of a very huge loss in business. I am not able to pay all the personal loans at a single time. Sometime I pay loan of one financial institute, sometime others. But one of them(NAVI) is harassing me by calling daily in every half and hour and today they cross all the limits, they did 480+ calls in just 3 hours. I just want to know where I can file a complaint against them and under with session.

first of all I will suggest you to file and complaint against the person who is calling you repeatedly in the concerned code before that write a letter to the police supretendent and then after file location consumer court and along with file a case in premediation litigation dlsa in the district mediation centre. finally you will get some relief once the notice issued to the concerned financial institution agent.
