hey there, this is to inform you that kindly do not take any tension in this regard you may not have experienced but the court cannot legally enforce the payment to your second party who sent you recovery notice you just have to be patient and urge the same to the other party in revert of the demand letter and also urge the same in the court of law, dont forget to mention that you are paying the debt in installments and will soon clear the whole amount for which you are liable, consult a good lawyer for this he may suggest you and you can pay after your condition become favourable.

It is advised to initiate mediation proceedings, wherein, you and the other party can sit together with the learned Mediator and try to resolve your dispute with regard to outstanding payments. In the mediation proceedings you will require help of an advocate, who will try to negotiate the amount of the outstanding dues on your behalf and try to settle the matter. The balance outstanding may be mutually agreed between the parties, to be paid in instalments.

YOU NEED TO SEND A REPLY TO THE LEGAL NOTICE THROUGH AN ADVOCATE ,WHEREIN YOU WILL REPL TO THE CONTENTIONS AS RAISED BY THE SAID COMPANY IN THE LEGAL NOTICE . ALSO, YOU SHOULD TRY SETTLING THE MATTER WITH THE PERSON AND ARRIVE AT A SETTLEMENT TO PAY THE AMOUNT IN THE INSTALLMENTS AS PER THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT YOU ENTER INTO.
