Received Arbitration Notice from retired advocate


30-Nov-2024 (In Recovery Law)
I have taken 2 Lakh 50 Thousand person loan. Cleared 2 to 3 emis due to job loss unable to pay emi.iam communicating them from day one.and came to multiple house visits also.i said i will 30 to 40% of final settlement.but they are not agree and send Arbitration letter before tribunal. Now what I have to do.iam from Hyderabad.
