Hi, I had received arbitration against me which I was not aware of. I used to hold a salary account with Axis bank and a Citibank credit card.

Need to know the about arbitration matter in brief , it is with respect to what ? Them only one can guide you .!First you share the letter and after that we can guide you in further course of Action .

Well, you must reply to that Arbitration Notice which you have received in order to control escalation of the legal issues which has erupted. I will draft Notice in such a manner that the concerned Banks will come on board to settle the matter with you.
