Real estate Developer is not paying back

I invested in real estate firm. They gave agreement as well as post dated cheque. But they are not willing to pay now. Please advise.

hi if you have post dated cheques then you need to deposit the cheques within 3 months and if they failed to discharge the amount then you could file case of cheque bounce and alsi a civil suit for recovery of money
