Railway closed public bridge & asking Rail ticket to cross bridge

Hey! I live in Thane, Maharashtra. My younger sister who is a senior college first year student, went to thane railway station for college. But Bus dropped her in the East side so she has to cross the bridge to go to college in the west side. But railway has closed public bridge from almost a year for construction. So we have no other option other than using railway bridge. TTe charged her for travelling without ticket, My sisterprovided her college id, and also bus ticket but TTe ignored.

Well, I can understand the problem which you have faced. However, if you need solution of this problem, then, you need to file a PIL in Court and raise awareness amongst people via Media and other public forums.
