Prorata Refund from coaching Center : need legal advise

I enrolled my son at one of the coaching Center for SAT preparation and paid full fee as advance. He attended 2-3 class but now if not able to cope with pressure. I requested prorata refund but institute refused citing they do not have refund policy. Please advise what is legal recourse

You can send a legal notice for the recovery of the amount you paid there. Small payment are recovered by legal notice only. you can simply file a recovery suit afterward when the payment is not disbursement by the reciept of legal notice
