Mere dada ji ki property cc account me mortgage hai us loan me mere papa bhi borrower hai bank ab wo property auction kar rahi hai, kya mai wo auction property kharid sakta hu.

Yes you can purchase but you show your earning. You are working and earned and fill ITR to purchase the property can you proceed. Are you purchase the property in auction and continue the process online or offline which will be required by the Bank. Advocate Ajay Pratap Singh, Lucknow
