Profile funding case on my legal property

Sir/ma'am, someone from another city mortgage my property and took loan without registry and legal documents. After 9 years bank issued notice of auction on my property to my flat address with the name of that person declared as owner. Even, I was not take any kind of loan from that bank ever and I have all the legal documents including registry, nno due certificate amd possession. How to protect my property from the auction and deal with this situation legally. Please guide.

Dear Sir,
lot of times we don't know the legal circumstances of agreement and property deed and any person with trust we can handover orginal or Xerox copy.
so in your concern I am understanding the issue a person borrow the loan against property deed. but he was not orginal owner. AND he consumed the all money. You will have to provide the orginal documents to the bank and concerned forums, better defend is that you should hire a good advocate to help you better . Thanks using for Lawrato platform
