Processing fee charged as 45,000 for 9 laks loan

From Jayam finance company one of th lady employee assured that I will provide 9 laks loan within 5 days once you paid processing fee as 45,000 after payment done they are not answering my phone calls and while vist to the branch they are telling it will take more than one month. How to recover my processing fees?
Case can be filed on the ground of cheating and false promise made by the company. The amount can be recovered in a fast and hassle free way. The concerned persons will also be punished for default. 45k is a huge amount and they are liable for action.
