My mother is witness in amount of 1 lakh Which has been given to the his brother without any proof the finencer who has given amount he is torching my mother what to do

Dear Sir/ Madam, Financier cont torcher your mother as your mother has taken loan more over finacier dont have any document regarding loan, if finanacier torcher you can file complaint before concern station or before court.

Don't worry just lodge the complaint against who torchering your mother..your mother not liable to pay the lending ammount at any moment ..you want further details contact any legal consultancy ...
