Private School Transfer certificate issue in chennai

My son TC applied on Mar13th but school is requesting to pay next year Ist installment fee as they are mentioning deadline was Jan 30th. As per school TC will be processed only after payment of next year ist installment fees. What can be done

Dear Client, Committe procedural is possible but first have to be checked whether this particular fee collection recognised by that committe and further it is a time consuming process, on concerning the education of the child, you have an option to talk to the head of the management on your concern to explain about your economical situation and to consider the education of the child. If they not accepted please revert me to my profile. Thanks.
