Possession Issue - Builder Delayed in Possession Of Flat

Consumer Court LawnSir, I have booked a flat in Jun 2018. Possession date as per the agreement to sell is Mar 2021. However, to date, I have not got the possession of the flat. I have already paid 95 % amount to the builder. Now I want the refund of the paid amount along with interest. What should I do now? Please guide.

Well, if you have not got the possession yet, you can file a Complaint before the MAHA RERA and seek either Refund of the whole Investment made by you or you can keep on getting interest until you will get the possession
