Please help getting our insurance claim save from loan

My father has taken a home loan with insurance on it 5 years back in Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited with property as security and also regularly paying interest, But recently my father passed away on 28th January due to Accident and Cardiac Arrest. We claimed the insurance but the Tata Capital people are torturing us and asking to repay and aslo gave Notice for repayment otherwise our property will be auction. same company says insurance claim still process but have to repay in 2 months.

hi first need to see the terms and conditions of the policy and then you could send legal notice to settle the claim otherwise you could proceed legally and file a consumer complaint in forum seeking compensation and to settle the dues receivable
