Personal loan taken in 2014 but lost job after payment of 3 emis.

I had taken a personal loan in 2014 but after repaying 3 or 4 emis, I had to leave my job. I have resumed working only recently and ha e cleared major outstanding dues except this PL. I am now being harassed by recovery agents. I need ti.e to repay this loan. What are my rights in this case?

we draw your kind attention that As per law, it is duty of financial department to behave in good manner with the customer and to maintain the dignity of the customer Apart from this the supreme court laid down several judgement where elaborate that recovery agents not works like the extortion with the customer and try to understand the the condition of the customer . you have right to call me so that we can give you more legal remedy.
