personal loan EMI pending since very long and cheque bounce

I am continuously receiving message from the HLLEGAL that Hon'ble court has issued summons for me to appear in criminal case filed by HDFC bank regarding dishonor of Electronic Instrument given towards personal loan and Non appearance may lead to the issuance of a warrant. but there is no any case number or any link related to summon is mentioned. I didn't receive any summons as I am not in the address that is registered with the bank. However, my email address is registered but I didn't receive any legal notice in my email id. How can I find that summon as the message is also not from any number. Kindly let me know to whom I can approach to get the copy of summon so that I can appear to the court.
