dear client, This is the prime duty of the borrower to pay all the dues of the financial institution. In case the death of the borrower the legal heirs of the borrower or the property of the borrower or the guarantor is responsible to pay the duse of the bank or any other financial institutions. for further legal assistance feel free to contact me
