Paytm Postpaid services and partially paying 20k but 40k still left

So I did not pay my paytm postpaid for a month even tho I did put 20k in it but still since 40k amount was left and the bill was 50 days overdue, from the beginning to end I was asking them for an emi option or any settlement option and they denied the same. Upon which now they have sent me a notice and filed an FIR for not paying them. Is there anything that I can do from my end?

hired a advocate for bails and contest the case you have right to defend your self as per your circumstances and proofs given by you advocate represent you on the court first filed a anticipatory bail to get relief and protect your self from harassment
